All jewelry in this shop is made by me using a variety of high quality glass beads, pearls, crystals, antiqued brass and antiqued silver base metal. I accept variations made to order where possible and will try my best to meet alternative requirements subject to availability of materials.

I aim to ship jewelry within 3 days of full payment being received. Payment must be made in full before goods can be sent to you.
I accept payments made via PayPal, Direct Checkout or Etsy Gift Cards. Items will be sent to your Etsy address unless you provide clear alternative instructions for a different address in the instructions to seller after payment is made.
Shipping
International (Including USA) - Airmail 7 - 21 business days (UNTRACKED)
UK - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery 1 - 3 business days
Tracked International Shipping 5-10 Business Days
Europe - standard airmail 4 - 10 business days
Rest of world - standard airmail 7 - 21 business days
The times will also depend on the postal service in your country.
All shipping is made using standard Royal Mail. Standard shipping is UNTRACKED and there is no tracking number although I obtain proof of postage on all parcels.
If you want to track your purchase, there is an additional Shipping charge to cover the cost of postage by Special Delivery in the UK and Royal Mail Air Sure or Signed For for other countries, please contact me for information on the cost of this service or purchase the additional shipping listing from my shop.
UK customers, if you require a fast delivery service ( e.g within 48 hours in the UK for last minute gifts) please contact me before buying.
For customers in the USA and elsewhere, if you would like expedited shipping I can ship your jewelry purchase via FedEx or UPS however there is a much higher shipping charge for this and it can often be more than the price of the jewelry.
Please contact me to discuss if you require this option BEFORE buying.
All purchases of $90 and over will be upgraded to Tracked Shipping (USA and International) or Special Delivery (U.K) which has Insurance and is trackable at no extra charge.
Please note that although the estimated delivery time for postage is 2-3 days for the UK and 7-15 days for the USA, during peak times such as Christmas the shipping time can extend. Either way, I can only report a lost package after 25 days. A replacement or refund can only be offered after the 25 day period has elapsed.

All jewelry will be sent boxed and ready to give.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any Customs charges and Taxes incurred in their country. Charges made by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The value of the item will be listed as sold.
All jewelry will be sent boxed for gift giving. I am always happy to add a little card or message if the item is a gift and you want me to send it directly to the recipient.
The details of the transaction are sent to you after payment. I do not send paper receipts to save paper but will be happy to email you details of the sale if required.

When you purchase an item from my shop you will be asked to provide your full name, email address and postal address or the full name and address of the recipient of the item if the purchase is a gift. You provide this information on the Etsy selling platform which my shop operates from. This information is required to enable me to fulfil your order. All orders are processed and fulfilled by me.
